All Evaluations are scheduled in 90 minute blocks (includes travel and scanning time). Appointments further than 50 miles will require additional travel time.

The cost for an initial home evaluation is $250.00. This includes

• 3D interactive imaging that covers key areas of the home, including entryways, living room, hallway, bathrooms, main bedroom, and kitchen/dining area.

• Scans up to 1,500 sq ft, with additional charges for larger areas or additional rooms.

• Provides a basic report outlining main observations and recommendations.

• Typically delivers the report within 72 hours.
